Additional Policy Regarding On-Line Purchases

In addition to the terms set forth in our statement of Commercial Terms and Conditions, Corvus Integration also offers the following guidance regarding on-line purchases.

Payment Policy

We accept PayPal for all online purchases. Payment in full must be received before we will ship any online orders. Please contact Corvus Integration to make appropriate arrangements for other payment methods.

Shipping Policy for Equipment Purchased On-Line

Corvus Integration has a strong commitment to customer service and will work to ensure timely delivery of your products. Due to the nature of our products, shipment may not be immediate. Please review the guidance listed below and contact us with any questions. If you need expedited delivery of any of our products, please contact us directly and we will try to accommodate your request.

Turnaround

• Cameras:
Non-customized orders for up to 10 units will be shipped within 2 weeks, pending availability of stock. Larger orders will be evaluated and shipping/lead times will be supplied to the customer.
• Kits:
Our kits are custom-built for each order. In-stock kits will ship within 3-4 weeks. Larger orders will be evaluated and shipping/lead times will be supplied to the customer. Please contact us directly for more information.

Carriers and tracking

We use UPS to deliver our on-line orders. If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. As always, if special accommodations are needed, please contact us directly and we will attempt to accommodate your needs.

Shipping Rates

The shipping and handling rate charged for your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the total cost of shipping – including any applicable taxes– and you will then have an opportunity to review and/or modify your order before submitting. All international customs charges (duty) are assessed at the port of entry, and, as such, are not reflected on the order invoice, nor are these charges included in the order total. All customs charges are the responsibility of the Purchaser, as described in our Statement of Commercial Terms and Conditions.

Policy on Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Corvus Integration remains fully committed to the satisfaction of our customers, and will accept for return any of our products, subject to our published policies. We encourage our customers to contact us directly if a situation warrants special consideration or is otherwise not covered by our stated policies.
In addition to the terms set forth in our statement of Commercial Terms and Conditions, Corvus Integration also offers the following guidance regarding the return of equipment for refund or exchange. Please refer to Corvus Integration’s Statement of Product Warranty for further guidance regarding the handling of defective merchandise.

How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned for refund or credit. You must notify Corvus Integration of your intent to return the item within 10 days of your purchase; the item to be returned must be received at Corvus Integration offices within 30 days in order to receive a refund. For manufacturer defects, please view our product warranty statement listed on our website.
1. Please email us at corvus@corvusid.com to inform us of your intent to return an item and provide the reason you are requesting to return the item. A refund tracking number will be assigned, as appropriate.
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
3. All original contents and packaging must accompany the returned item

Return Exceptions

Items that have been customized are not returnable. Items that have been damaged by any user are not returnable. Defective items fall under jurisdiction of our warranty policy.

Restocking Fee

All items except those being returned for warranty service are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund shipping and handling charges on your order.
